As for me - I always play it safe and do CZ's in Solo :) The Quivira CZs start out with a lot of players and a lot of rubber-banding - you'll be targeting ship and it will suddenly disappear and reappear behind you. (Mind you, that's better than the other CZs I've been in where the whole zone shift...

Thanks for the Clarification... If the numbers of CMDR's is evenly balanced, then i would advocate a quick gentlemans parlez before engaging in PvP..(as suggested so as to gauge the appetite) If the numbers are heavily swayed on one faction or another then, i suspect just turn and run lol..no medals...
