HIP 20277 - Fabian city is about 20ls away from 5 or 6 RES points. Why are close RES points that important? I thought, at least in 1.2, that if you got a "good" RES (big ships) you didn't want to leave. If you left, it'd reset. It seems the same in 1.3, at least from my experience playing ...
