Is this the right place to log an attack by a Mobius CMDR? On my way to Farseer Inc and interdicted. Dropped out of SC to be attacked by a CMDR - no warnings or comms. I sent a message but no response. In the end I logged at 15% hull which I hate to do, but this is not why I came to Mobius anyway. I...

I'm around Gebel, making some reasonable short-hop trade runs nearby. Also visiting a RES for fun NPC bounty hunting. Came across my first few PC CMDRs last night. Two didn't respond to comms hails, and the third entered the station at 150kts just as I was leaving which was close.

Does that 'instance' apply only to the system you are in at any one time, or to the entire Galaxy during your session? If the former the chances of meeting a PC is far less than even a hugely pessimistic Drake equation calculation!

Enjoyed my first 'Open' play in PvE last night - thanks for adding me in. Actually got Interdicted by an NPC but got away (maybe 1.04 has increased the chances as 1.03 seemed very quiet).
