Wow.... I'm amazed at how few Americans have chimed in so far! 
It's great to get an inkling of where everyone is from.
BTW, for those suffering through a hot summer, I did a quick temperature conversion on Google since America uses Fahrenheit. The average summer high where I live is 43-46C and most nights it only get down to 32C. So.... stop your whining.

Ok maybe norway is 'cold'.
Anything considered above 20c is "warm", over 25 is "Hot", 30c is just "ungodly warm".
And a winter where only 2 months the temp scale dips below -20c is 'mild'..
