This is going to sound silly but instead of a Starport....What about a Capsule somewhere in the Sol vicinity (like the Voyager) with Major Tom in it? When you get close it's a Jukebox that plays Bowie songs. Yeah that last bits going too far. I can see it as coming over as morbid too but ah whatever I'm posting it anyway.
