Cooperative sounds good. The entity enforcing the policy could be direct vote or ad hoc councils.

I agree with Mobius on the home world, even if it is in Empire space.
Although he said the group has no leaders, he came up with the idea and did so much for the game , including backing to the (high) level to name a station and planet. He did not choose the location. But to honour the founder and his efforts it is the right choice. Imho.

In game lore the faction can't have a PC as founder I think. We will see.

I'm a new guy on the block and still getting my feet wet in the game but I will give my thoughts on this. As posted above I also believe that "Order" would be a better fit than "Agents". My reasoning for that is if the group is for Democracy then portraying us as an Order has a better story feel to it. We follow a set of rules. Now if we are all going to be bounty hunters then Agents fits just fine .

Description: The Agents of Mobius strictly uphold the basic tenet of zero tolerance of aggressive acts to their members. Any Agent found in violation of these rules is immediately banned and handed over to the Pilot's Federation for appropriate bounty punishment.

However, the Agent's zero tolerance policy does not stop with their own members, and the group takes a very dim view of any acts of aggression to members of the wider Pilot's Federation, aggressively hunting down non-Pilot's Federation pirates and murderers across inhabited space.

Like the Pilot's Federation, the Agents of Mobius are strictly neutral when it comes to galactic politics and it pilots can often be found helping out systems in need, and fighting as mercenaries regardless of the alliance of the system.

Despite these seemingly altruistic acts, Agents of Mobius main and driving loyalty are to it's own members, and Agents are sworn to help and protect their own at all time."

Are there any situations where some of these statements could be construed as being mutually exclusive? You may need to add a (large) number of conditional clauses to resolve the ambiguities.

Description: This group of disparate people work together for the good of the whole promoting social and economic progression. They believe in non-aggression between their own and will eject any member for doing otherwise. They protect their own and anyone caught harassing, threatening or attacking its members will punished under the full extent of the law.

My updated version oh and the Reshas system has better trade links... just saying...
