Xebeth!! Thank you so much!!! Your advice worked. For some reason all my joystick settings had been deleted to so once I got back to my ship in orbit I had to reconfigure the stick. But now I am back to normal, less one SRV. Lucky I had two. FD owe me a SRV.

I reported the proplem to FD and they said they are aware of the bug already.

This is how FD Killed Elite Dangerous by causing the death of most of its players...

Lot's of crash fixes plus the Route Planning bug. And many other bugs still remain to be fixed. As for my significant other... she knows exactly how many hours I play, she usually is 2 meters away playing her indie Steam games herself

I do admit that I wish the BGS issue was looked more into. Feel like I've been wasting my time.

You dont need to self destruuct (too late now) but if on a planet, exit game to desktop and launch normal ED, not Horizons, and you get the option to recover to orbit

You dont need to self destruuct (too late now) but if on a planet, exit game to desktop and launch normal ED, not Horizons, and you get the option to recover to orbit

according to mine i've played for a half hour, considering i'm double elite i think that must be a record

I'm calling exploits - you've clearly hacked into the game and used every cheat available

846 hours for me, if I bundle everything I've spent (games, extras, Horizons, HOTAS, hardware) it works out at about £0.63 per hour. Bargain I'd say.

Well I'm going to blame Flip, he suggested the self-destruct

I discovered it last night by mistake.

Had logged off on a planet, and heard there were more normal missions in ordinary ED, without the new Horizons ones filling up the bulletin board.

Got the option to recover to orbit at login.
