6weeks 5 days 8 hours 41 minutes. Crap.

Was trying to respond quickly on the phone. No idea where the post went

You dont need to self destruuct (too late now) but if on a planet, exit game to desktop and launch normal ED, not Horizons, and you get the option to recover to orbit

Oow, didn't know that. Useful info.

Well I'm going to blame Flip, he suggested the self-destruct ;)

Not to worry, Darwin. I don't think it would have worked anyway as I have this game on Steam and I don't get the option to play ED or EDH ( I don't have ED installed, just EDH), I just get a "PLAY" button and it automatically launches EDH.

Yeah, let's blame Flip. Let's beat him up!

The last sentence above was written by my 13-year-old nephew, Kia, not me. :o

This might have been fixed just by waiting:
A bee in clover was swallowed by a cow.
It bumbled about for a while trying to find the way out, but eventually gave up and fell asleep.
When it woke up the cow was gone.

This must be yet another bug - mine says twelve weeks - I'm just going to have to report it. I could have copied out War and Peace by hand, or climbed Everest, or resolved the theory of everything, or . . . , or . . .

...and I thought my 5 weeks and 5 days was bad. :D

If anyone had asked me to estimate my play time, I would have said "about 1000 hours", so I would not have been far off.

3W 5D 9H 23M. This seems to count in the time before wiping the save.
I play on PC, in the Mobius PVE Eurasia group.

270 hours for me.

(1 week, 4 days, 6 hours, 18 minutes).

I have visited 669 systems. Only 399,999,999,331 systems to go :D

I'm sure that either shields are weaker or NPC pirates are stronger. Got pulled out of Jump Drive today and annihilated. Normally I can get away from them.

Plus I've been twice pulled out of Jump Drive by the police wanting to scan me. I'm sure that never used to happen.

NPCs are stronger, more aggressive, and better pilots than they used to be.

Police will do that sometimes, especially if you are in a system with a war going on, carrying goods of a (cough) specialist nature, you'll also get interdicted a lot if you are pledged in Power Play.
