An excellent idea, and a fantastic achievement (only 7 more members to go at time of writing), it's highly unlikely that I'll be able to take part (damn you real life), but I wanted to wish all racers the best of luck.

I joined the group back in December not long after the game launched, and playing in Mobius has been a wholly positive experience, so well done to everyone, and a big thanks, especially to Mobius, but also to Flip, Wolf and all the Mods of this site.

A couple of questions from an excited participant...

Do we all need to be on TS and if so, what channel are we using?

Will the participants need to be in a wing with a referee during the race?

Do we have a designated site to upload the screenshots yet?

Can I upload the screenshots to my Dropbox account, and PM one of the referees the links?

I think the referees are tracking progress with the galaxy map. There are five of them, named at the top of the thread. You need to get your friend requests to them so they can see you in the map.

I'd planned to put the screenshot BMPs straight into my dropbox account public folder. If anyone needs a dropbox account, PM me, or get an invite from someone you know who already uses it. Both you and the referrer get a bonus bit of space, so it's worth getting referred rather than just signing up off the front page.

Thank you very much! That reminds me: There are many more that almost never get mentioned, I would especially like to thank Vikinger for taking care of the Facebook group and probably the most invisible of all, Forked, for running the TeamSpeak server without a glitch!
Both keep pretty much in the background so I don't know if I am doing them a favour here

Then there are many other helpers keeping TS a friendly place, the Admins there.
I think it's time I put up a credits page with all of them! Will do so after our first event!

I've learned something new because of this race.....

I've been a casual E-D player for 6 months now, and never used a fuel scoop before today. I know.... crazy, right!!!

I've got my race ready sidie all set for tomorrow.
