Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

The man himself, Lord Braben, posted up a short while ago on the FD forums that Horizons, all being well, will be available on the 15th Dec (next Tuesday).

I haven't had access to the beta myself, but have been watching plenty of streams on Twitch. Can't wait to get my hands on an SRV!

Woooop I've been saving my pennies for all the splats on planets insurance claims !

But I've been grinding fed rep and still not had a progression mission to get me to petty officer - was hoping to land somewhere in SOL namely Titan wish I could see a progress bar to know that I'm close to getting the mission spawn

There's a reply from Michael Brookes in that thread saying the Xbox will get 1.5 same day (link), so I'm assuming that 1.5/Horizons will both be on 15th. (1.5 ... 15th... any connection )

This is unless the 'Yes' in that reply is that xbox/pc will be getting 1.5 on the same date, but not actually confirming that that date is the 15th (bit of a politicians answer if it is this though).

I did scan a bit of that thread and found this GEM from one of our own, before I got sickened by all the fanboy syrup...

I'm amazed that everyone appears to have overlooked the most important question. First we had Elite: Dangerous and now we have Horizons. So what should it really be called?

Elite Dangerous: Horizons, Elite: Dangerous Horizons or Elite: Dangerous: Horizons?

As someone who knows how important it is to look after your colon, I really want to know!

I thought it was always stated that 1.5/2.0 would ship at the same time, as all the 1.5 content is built into 2.0 anyway? Probably just me overly reading into a passing comment by someone at FD.

That has been said, but I'm not allowing m'sel to get het up about it until it's actually installed & working on this PC.

I am still considering if the Corvette is worth it with such low jump range.... I made it to Post Commander hope it will be enough if I decide to sell the conda for that

Well I think they are going to have to work around the clock till then....

Because there are some real big bugs in horizons.....Especially graphic glitches.....
