Server Update - 23rd Dec 2014

From Michael Brookes:
Hi,
a server update has just been completed with a single change. It includes two balance tweaks, the first is to prevent large economies consuming more of the good that it also produces. This improves the supply of those goods for the player. The second change reduces the impact of demand from the AI trading so that players are more likely to encounter high demand.
Thanks
Michael

Even since yesterday, although most of our recent routes are now because of this, there is more profit to be made here. I am hoping this gives us even more. Quite excited to check this out. I love credits.

The price dynamics are a bit strange. bought imperial slaves for 10,000. Next visit (~30 minutes later) the price was 16,000.

We saw this as well. But it was random. It may be a glitch like when the rare nerf was first rolled out.

Prices bounce often it seems. Currently following the import/export info on the market data.

It's a good thing they are implementing fixes to create a balanced market, but it's no,fun for 2 days in a row to trow away the recorded market data,
Let's hope these are startup and growing struggles.

Reason for me to not using external tools right now. They are useful with stable markets, but currently the markets are volatile.
