I've finally got round to making promised changes to the SSC. You can now specify up to four programs to be launched by the SSC when it starts up. This could be the ED Launcher, VoiceAttack, head tracking software, website etc. You can add command line parameters for the application of your choice as well.

Please note: If you were using the checkbox in the previous version to start the ED Launcher, that option has been removed. Please add the launcher in the new setting window.

It works, but ED Market Connector Fails to launch. The exact path and exe is showing correct, and if I use the same thing in the Run on the start menu it runs, but never runs with SSC. I changed which Slot it was in, to no avail, and yes it is checked.

Here is the section of the Logfile and it is Correct:

I've never used the ED Market Connector. Can you point me at where I can get it to try for myself?

Yep got it there. Nothing special in the setup, all defaults during the install.

Can you try by having the SSC point at a shortcut to the exe, e.g. C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Elite Dangerous Market Connector.lnk
This works for me. No idea why a call to the main app doesn't work at this stage.

UPDATE: Figured it out. I needed to specify that the program should be run from the directory that it's in. Why the hell vb.net defaults to trying to run it from it's own directory is anyone's guess. It's two lines of code to add to the program this evening.

Gotcha. Will wait for the Update. Might be best to assume that all programs want that as a safety catch all. All the shortcuts I checked always start in the same directory.

New version is up with the fix. It works for me with the ED Market Connector.
Should now work for all apps that need an ini, xml etc in the same directory to start up.
