I like it.
I don't mind a lot of chatter near the stations. It will bring a lot of "life" to the game.
Wouldn't mind if there were some chatter in supercruise either if its direct contact like "i'm gonna kill you" pirate chat. Not the wedding barge / funeral chat -i'm sure i will get tired of that

Those wedding barges have some interesting lines when you start shooting them.

I posted previously about an Elite Companion App for Logitech G series Keyboards and it has this feature. It only happens in colonised space when enabled, and you can also set it to happen in SC only. Its kinda cool, but if you are in a wing or on TS it can be distracting. I enable it only when playing alone.
