ER 8 currently has CZs in it.
they can be found near ER 8 1, about 900Ls from the main star.
ER 8 is in the 'north eastern' part of the map, in Fed space on the edge of Winters' territory. (i'd guess it's about 50Ly from Sol, a very rough guess)
