I am in the U.S.A and play on Central Standard Time, Illinois to be exact (that is nothing to brag about I tell you). I Have a PhD in Environmental Science and work at a local University as the head of the Earth Sciences Department (I am not a tree huger). I am 40 years young and have two girls, and a wife . This is my first venture into the Elite universe and I have to say I am loving it so far. Glad to be part of a group that is not worried about PvP crud.

I am 44 years old, from Germany, and have started my space career with Elite on Commodore 64. Subsequently I think I played all genre games coming after, like Privateer, Freelancer, Wing Commander, X-Beyond Series, EVE Online and whatnot.
