Hello everybody, thank you for having this group.

I'm currently flying a Type 6 doing the rare goods circuit. I've flown a Vulture and an Asp before that. Once having two ships at once in Dvorsi.

Tried out combat zones after 1.2 but got shot pretty fast out of space . Pirate killing otoh is pretty fun with a Vulture and seems to be rather profitable.

I am of one of the many players who already experienced Elite in the 90s. I even played Zarch also known as Virus before that. Always with an Commodore Amiga.

In a spur of the moment I changed the ship again. This time an Asp fitted for exploration. As I noticed that my resources were already high enough to get a rather good version of an exploring ship.

It is a bit risky as I just have enough credits to rebuy the ship once. But thats what explorers really need. I still would have enough left to return to the type 6 and do the circuit again.

Heading to the Coalsack right now mapping the stars. I started near the Alliance cluster of the rare goods. Leesti e.g.
