Have only been playing since release on the 16th in solo mode, and only just became aware of being able to play in groups like this. Since only just registered am obviously awaiting the 500 error to be resolved, will happen when it happens, no biggie.

Any other Aussies a part of Mobius, give a roll call, and will add you as a friend, or anyone else who wishes to as well.

Newb question, I am assuming group members will show as a hollow triangle, when/if we cross paths during play?

Hello and welcome, Commander ObsoleteNexus! You can post in that thread to get lots of friends in game.

Group members will appear as hollow triangles on your scanner only when they've deployed their hardpoints. Otherwise they'll appear as hollow squares.

I'm a 33yr old systems administrator from London, also an avid gamer since the late 80's. Tried Eve out in the past (liked the co op side but not the pvp aspect)

Currently solo mode-ing to get a feel for how it all works - have applied to the Mobius group and hope to play alongside you soon!
