New Dummy in Group ;)

High,
I'm BarFly - also in the Game - and I started playing today, but, because I wanted to start prepared I read a lot of in advance.
And as a former player in Jumpgate I know quite good about the difference in playing style of PvP & PvE players.
So, i got it pretty fast, that there is a group of players who wanna play about the same style I like. So I requestet and i'm in
Right now, i'm fightig with the interface, with docking (launching works already) and try to find my way into the game. i guess this will last for a couple of days, till everything works smooth.
Who am i?
My real name is Hans, i'm German, living in Stuttgart, 61 years old, married, a dog, still working at one of the very big audit and tax companies and i love games like this.
I played the X-Series, Privateer I & II, Wing Commander, Freespace ... and a couple of other Space sims.
One of my other interests is also astronomy and i'm a member of the local astronomy society. And i also hold a season ticket for the local football club VfB Stuttgart, which is, at the moment, not really satisfying
. But football fans know, you do not choose a club, it is givento you. Period
