Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I play on a small private group with some friends and had been wanting to find a much larger private group. Lucky for me I noticed a reply on frontiers forums about Mobius and here I am. I'll be sending my request later today.

I am a bounty hunter in game (for now). I am currently trying to raise money for a Fer-De-Lance. I see that as probably my end game ship (or Python). I am about 33% of the way to my goal (70mill) before I buy my Lance.

I currently pilot a Vulture. Before that It was a Cobra MK3. I absolutely LOVE the Vulture. This is my current set up http://edshipyard.com/#/L=60N,4zh4zh0mI,2-6Q8c6k5K7_6u5A,7Sk7h64xo10i2UI. I have been debating about switching out the beams for pulse or burst and slapping on some shield boosters. I am more than capable of soloing Elite Anaconda's at the moment.

I don't like pvp simply because I have gotten to the point in my life where I just dont have the patience to deal with trolls or griefers. I like to have fun, not always be paranoid and looking over my shoulder.

I run with the gimballed pulses, and they eat through everything. I've been meaning to try dual bursts, now that I have more pocket change to play with. Haha. When I slapped them on before, I couldn't run squat after. I have a higher quality power plant now, though, so it might work with a little tweaking.

I haven't SEEN any Class 3 gimballed beams to even try using. lol. Just fixed. Which I am horrible at using. Buuuut. I suppose I should work on getting better. Someday.

Anacondas in conflict zones, you know, the ones that are outfitted pretty well, with my two gimballed beams I will take their shields from full to about a half dimmed last ring in one drain of the capacitor. It was a pain in the ass to find those C3/Gimballed beams though. I did have C3/G bursts on it when I first got it and those things tore everything to shreds quite nicely. My friend swears by the C3/G pulse lasers however, just for the fact that he almost never runs out of weapon power and the lasers themselves do a nice chunk of damage per hit. I have not really seen any compelling argument that states one weapon type is better than another.

Sit in a resource extraction site at a highly populated system (dont know if this makes a difference) and rack up millions with in hours!
