Hi guys and gals,
Just sent a request in-game to join the group, been a long time "Solo" only player but have found that the universe is a little quiet and when I found out about this group I thought it would be good to join up and see what playing with other Cmdrs is like.
The real me has just turned 40 and I'm a UK Ex-Pat living in Northern Greece, work as a Freelance Photographer/Designer and also do the odd bit of English Teaching (odd bit....I'm actually on the board for a large Teachers Association).
I hail from the good old days before PCs and remember playing the original Elite on my Acorn Electron or the school BBC Micro's during lunch breaks, I'm heavy into Sci-Fi and enjoy nearly anything attached to the Genre including the typical Star Wars/Star Trek/Battlestar Galactica etc. I would also throw in my love of the "other" Sci-Fi franchises such as Firefly and Farscape.
