I played Elite: Dangerous for a while, it is the first game I've ever preordered and the first few months I only played it occasionally. I had no clue of what to do, trading was never fun for me, exploring needs so long and barely you see something very interesting, combat was too risky for me. Combat was a part I've never tried, I was worried about my chances in a NPC fight, I was even afraid of Sidewinders, lol. This changed quickly and now I'm checking the list of ships I haven't melted down yet
The reason why I joined a PvE group is, for one part, the huge challenge in a PvP fight. I already get really nervous in NPC battles and I think I wouldn't survive that
At the other hand, I don't want to mess up someone's fun, the same goes for me.
I own a Viper and I'm located at "Thiansi" at the moment. Steel Talon is also my in-game Name, so feel free to add me if you want to.
Teamspeak is an option if there's no other way around it, but I prefer not to use it for English communication. It doesn't have a complex reason, it's just my horrible german accent, you couldn't believe how much I hate it :'D
