Hello, all. I just joined the game a week ago, and decided to start moving out of solo mode and meet more people. Mobius sounds like a great way to get rolling.
I am one of the old fogeys who played Elite back on a Commodore 64, and I remember how hard it was back in the day to dock without blowing up. Structural damage was just a "docking fee". On the bright side, in E:D I haven't died yet docking (lost some paint though, damn boosters).
I'm mostly a trader/courier at this point as I work to kit out my Cobra, but I plan on taking an active part in Power Play and bounty hunting NPCs. I'm up near Rhea if anyone is looking to fly with me, but if it's empty, I am quite open to moving to a more popular area. I'm not pledged as yet.
