Hi there

Bored CMDR from EU here. I was wondering about joining some good big PvE group for some time. Up until now, I've played mostly solo or with a friend (in private group).

I usually hate PvP for two basic reasons:
- it ruins the immersion
- I want to relax while I'm playing, not struggle.

I'm not a native english speaker, but I was a member of a few international Clans and communities (Battlefield 2/3 and Eve Online).
I must mention here that I'm half-deaf (hearing aids on both ears) - so i do HATE ingame voip (built in sound filter makes it unusable for me) - teamspeak is fine though.

When I'm not at work I do usually play during late night/early morning hours (I'm a night owl :) and i do have a night time job) - so I'm often online at US afternoon/evening time.

Sometimes i do like to Role Play, sometimes i do not. I do hate to grind and in my over 300 hrs of ED gameplay i mostly wonder around doing what i want. I preffer fast, nimble ships (got FdL recently - and i do treat like like a better Cobra). I'm actually an Imperial Knight, pledged to Aisling (but IMO powerplay sucks).

Besides playing E:D my hobbies are: other space sims (yeah i'm a SC backer also), other games, computers (well i do happen to be the guy that everybody goes to when something is not working correctly, also that's a part of my job), Pen & Paper RPG's, Quantum Physics and Airsoft.

Cheers

Yoda (I'm not really a Star Wars fan - I do just look like him :))

Greetings and welcome to Mobius, Commander Ilvar.

I agree.... TS is much clearer and easier for me to communicate well than the in-game voice comms.

Please feel free to add your name to the In game friends list thread, and check out our TeamSpeak servers to easily chat with, and possibly wing up with other commanders.

Also, make sure to check the Policy page if you haven't already.

On top of all of that, we also have a Facebook group and Twitter feed.

There is a lot of great info on the message board, and we have compiled a long list of Tips and Tricks to help new players acclimatize to the game while having fun.

Finally, if you are interested in being involved, go here to see information about our player group faction, the Order of Mobius. We have our own Discord (voice and text chat) servers for supporters of Mobius, as well as our own Order of Mobius Twitter feed.
