Greetings from the frozen plains of South Dakota USA
this game has been a treat, nice diversion from fields of snow white...
I am a noob to this game, I have had it for several months but I just recently got it to run reliably, new windows load, new video card and so on, I want a bigger monitor now, 22" seems small with this game.

Greetings and welcome to Mobius, Commander White_Buffalo

Please feel free to add your name to the In game friends list thread, and check out our TeamSpeak servers to easily chat with, and possibly wing up with other commanders.

Also, make sure to check the Policy page if you haven't already.

On top of all of that, we also have a Facebook group and Twitter feed.

There is a lot of great info on the message board, and we have compiled a long list of Tips and Tricks to help new players acclimatize to the game while having fun.

Finally, if you are interested in being involved, go here to see information about our player group faction, the Order of Mobius (based at Rafferty's Mobius station in the Azrael system). We have our own Discord (voice and text chat) servers for supporters of Mobius, as well as our own Order of Mobius Twitter feed.

Welcome to the group, White Buffalo.

Very fitting screen name for someone who lives in S.D. :) I am also an American, and hail from the valley of the sun... Arizona. 8-)

I can appreciate your desire for a larger monitor. There is so much cool stuff rendered onto the screen in E-D, that you want it as large as you can get it!

Mouse,
what movie, there are a few; :)
you can get a feel for the plains where I live in these;
"The Revenant", "A Man Called Horse" and large parts of "Dances with Wolves" they where all made in and around this area.

When I was younger my wife and I lived the rendezvous primitive life and went to the gatherings and black powder shoots every year. Our club "The Teton River Muzzleloaders" had a local Hugh Glass shoot every fall near the mighty "MO" and a Frozen Foot rendezvous in the dead of winter. Every spring we would rendezvous at Fort Sisseton and set up a big camp, this is where the "Buffalo Solders" (African American Regiments) where stationed to keep the peace after the Dakota Conflict in 1862.

JohnLuke,
I spent 10 years in the sunny AZ, part of it I was stationed at Williams AFB before it was closed down, I still have 3 sisters and my mother living in and around the valley of the sun and get there once and while.

ok ramble off..

I was a Buck Sargent (during Nam) in the USAF with a line number to Staff and an offer to go to Warrant Officer school (yes that is the OLd part!) and big reenlistment waiting.
then I got out :?
there is so many ways to say stupid this is my personal definition!

I was a Crew Chief, T-37's, T-38's, F-5's and serviced lots of others when I pulled transit alert and finally the first deployment of F-15a's out side the US to Bitburg Germany (Ready Eagles) but needed to reup to get there and didn't.

Thank you for your service and you did what you did. You are not stupid, we all regret decisions we've made in the past.
