Hello Mobius! I'm new to the game (10 hours flight time) and I have a great grasp on a few things: Thrusting forward, thrusting upward, jettisoning all cargo (accidentally of course) and.... DOCKING!! I'm looking for friends, it's lonely out here. This is my first space sim, I bought this game before my rig could even handle it because I was so excited. Upgraded my rig 2 weeks ago, and it looks pretty :)

I'd like to find some wings / vets who want to hang out. But I'll troll the forums for a little bit, apparently you guys have a "home" system / station? I'd like to possibly start heading that way. I'm kind of still getting the grasp of things but so far I love it!!

About me? I'm 26, I work tech support for a large tv company that was just bought out by a much larger company (kudos if you follow that kind of news and can tell me which company I work for) I live in USA (Colorado) so I'm MST, and I work late. 11:30pm MST is when I normally log on. So send me a msg or inv CMDRs. From what I read about this group, I'm excited to meet each and everyone of you! Fly safe, and if not safe, at least lucrative!

Welcome

You must have been around 9 years old when FF7 dropped.

No idea on the usa tv companies so cant guess that one.

teamspeak is a good place to arrange winging up, not every one uses voice some just type into the chat system.

Glad to have you aboard and fly safe.

Bowza.

Greetings and welcome to Mobius, Commander Mako Blue.

Docking was certainly one of the trickiest things for me to get a grasp on when I was new to E-D.

Our home system is Azrael, and many of us have our ships nearby. :)

We are almost neighbors in RL .... I live in Arizona. 8-) My work schedule is a little weird so I don't know when our paths will cross in the game.

Please feel free to add your name to the In game friends list thread, and check out our TeamSpeak servers to easily chat with, and possibly wing up with other commanders.

Also, make sure to check the Policy page if you haven't already.

On top of all of that, we also have a Facebook group and Twitter feed.

There is a lot of great info on the message board, and we have compiled a long list of Tips and Tricks to help new players acclimatize to the game while having fun.

Finally, if you are interested in being involved, go here to see information about our player group faction, the Order of Mobius. We have our own Discord (voice and text chat) servers for supporters of Mobius, as well as our own Order of Mobius Twitter feed.
