Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Hello All,

I'm a UK (Cardiff) based 33yo man that's new to Elite with this incarnation. Have been playing for months, not really sure how long exactly. Pre-ordered a Oculus and can't wait to get it, after trying the development Oculus playing on a screen seems flat now.

Spent most of my time exploring the inhabited region and bounty hunting (so i can get some purdy ships). Bit of a drifter, though trying to get my federal rank up so sticking to those area at the moment. Plan is to get a nice ship and go off exploring the far reaches of space at some point, maybe join an expedition.

Thought i'd try Mobius because I hardly see anyone in open play and the ones I do see don't speak, hoping to meet some people here. Would also like to try some wing play as I've never done it.

Please feel free to add your name to the In game friends list thread, and check out our TeamSpeak servers to easily chat with, and possibly wing up with other commanders.

I do a lot of bounty hunting on the weekends, and even though I'm in the USA due to my work schedule I'm on when most UK players are on. If you want to wing for some pew pew, let me know!

Thanks for the offer CMDR JohnLuke. Where do you normally do you bounty hunting? I've made my way back to Sol as was plenty of Donation misssons for quick rank increase. But will be doing some Bounty Hunting as getting close to Python money now .

I hang around the Azrael area for the most part, BH in systems within about 50 ly of there. Sol is about 150ly from me. Just a dozen or so jumps in the Vette.

I sent you an in-game friend request this morning. Hopefully our paths will cross and we can wing for some pew pew.

Will take a look when I go for a fly this evening.

Will likely not be an effective winger (if that's the term) until I get my Oculus as I don't have a mic. Will look into getting a cheap one till then maybe.

Voice comms are definitely preferable, but not a necessity for winging.

Would be a bit of a pain typing in the chat. Once I've got my Federal rank up I'll head over the Mobius system and see what's what. Hopefully have a mic by then.
