Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Hi, Looking forward to meeting you all in the black. I am an original kick starter player and have always played in open. Obviously died a few times thanks to dodgy characters. Now it would seem since engineers some of these characters have started to camp out at the upgrade bases making the game not enjoyable. So here I am.
