Another console peasant reporting for duty o7

Ola commanders.
Hate doing these introduction posts, guarantee I still manage to write a veritable essay of a post.
Had been waiting to hear if Elite would appear on PS4 and even went against my usual aversion to pre-orders to ensure I was ready and waiting on release day. Ended up with a hotas within a week after and have been floating around the bubble in my budget couch and beanbag tray cockpit since.
Joined Mobius after after too many unwanted PvP interdictions with no piracy interaction and not even being allowed to get away with a large repair bill. Maybe all my time with the RP enforced piracy on the Freelancer Discovery mod has spoiled me, or maybe old age. But, I don't enjoy being destroyed for no reason by players in max engineered ships, which even without the modded hard points would have no trouble taking me down. I am unaligned to any power play faction for a reason, no interest in PvP at the moment.
Had a close call on my first session as I witnessed a player kill another player (accidental AI ship launched fighter fun) but, the incident was discussed between those involved and it was resolved peacefully and maturely. As it turns out, due to a game crash, I ended up flying with both wings involved and the session was a great one. So, great work commanders, you have cemented my belief that public lobby's in games are toxic. The worst thing about multiplayer games these days is, there are other players
Anyway, I'm waffling again, short version from here.
Me man, from Scotland, in his early 30's. Mostly a trader in game but, can quite often be found at the weekly CGs taking part in whatever is going on.
