Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Greetings Everyone,

I just got the game and went through the training mission. I had no problem with the combat training but the landings where to say the least frustrating. Didn't know there was 2 sets of control bindings for regular flight and landing when i realized that the landing gear was the switch it went much smoother . Now I'm ready to jump in and get my feet wet so I checked out the forum and found your group.

I have played a several space games in the pass. Like Freelancer, Spaceforge, Eve Online , Earth and Beyond and the entire wing commander series.

I am more of a PVE player then a PVP player which is why I am interested in this group.

Question when I send a request online to join the group I did a search for MOBIUS i get several names on the list. do i send the request to "MOBIUS"

Hello and welcome to the group and the forum, Commander!

To join the group you have to select MOBIUS (no dot). However, note that at the moment, the size of the group exceeds Frontier's expectations, and at this point requests cannot be accepted (the UI times out). Pending requests will be accepted as soon as Frontier fixes the problem.

Thanks Flip, Yes I realized that after I sent the second one (thinking the first one had timed out) and saw the message that it needed to be accepted by a moderator

I sent the request and will patiently wait
