Cmdr Ibizan joining

Hi all, I hail from Kent in the UK and have recently retired so I am intending to spend some time in the Elite world. I played the original on my Sinclair Spectrum many years ago. I saw the kickstarter last year and hopped on board for the premium beta stage. I managed to allocate some of the retirement package towards an Edtracker and voice attack so I'm now getting used to them in the game.
Lots of practice needed though!
I look forward to meeting up with some of you in space.

Nice welcome, guys! Thanks. You won't see me on for while yet, because I'm in Ibiza for a while now and the thunderstorms that we are having (and are forecast for the next 7 days or so) play havoc with our internet service - it's on and off like a ....... Best not go there, eh! I thought the rubbish weather would give me more Elite time but I forgot about the Internet!
