On land-able planets that have been scanned but have no POI - is it worth it to land..or fly closer?
Are there hidden nuggets that scanner cannot detect?
No poi, should I land?

POIs scanned with FSS are permanent. Besides that the are random encounters like crashed satellites, smuggler caches, escape pods.
