I have a ps4 controller connected via bluetooth. So all 3 axis.

Well today I visited the 7 sisters that make up the Pleiades, plus a few other systems out that way. And I have just made my way over to Betelguese , and it is HUGE!!!!!!. Now deciding where to go next..can see the horsehead nebula from here so might go that way.

decided to take my Sidewinder across the galaxy.

I did a lot of research and sold my weapons, my cargo holds and upgraded my fsd, pd and installed a fuel scoop.

With upgrades, I'm at about 13ly jump capable and have gone about 150ly toward the core.

My plans are to circle around Sol at about a 400 ly radius until I accumulate enough credits to put on an advanced scanner and surface scanner, then head for the far side of the universe. I stop every 100 ly so far and sell my data - it's kind of slow going, but I'm enjoying it.

Two water worlds so far and tons of the more common type of planets. Having a blast.

Back to grinding again.....Need 2 mill for my last upgrade on the Cobra.....

Sooo last night...Bought a sidey and jumped back to where I had stored my T6....Sold the sidey and jumped back.....

Profit per 13 LY round trip went from about 59000 to 156400.....

Just completed my first Rare run which took me from Altair through Zeessze , George Pantazis to finish in Lave, just because I wanted to visit this famed place among all.

Cruising those well traveled lanes meant that I also met my first fellow CMDR on approach to Altair/Solo Orbiter: CMDR Starshot (who shot off before I managed to find my Comms panel)
And then in Lave (I think) I managed to exchange a few words with CMDR: Lord Star 05

Finally I picked up a juicy mission in Lave to bring 7 Gold for 110,000 CR reward.

Sweet end to a trip that saw me more than double my bank account. Should find myself in a Cobra in no time
