The thought that I had was that Frontier release a tool that lets you paint a ship, this can then be submitted for review by Frontier to be put into the shop, if it is accepted then the designer gets a free copy for in-game use and Frontier can make some money for little effort in the store.
This could save Frontier from having to make every paint job, saving them time to do other things as it wouldn't need a skilled person to check if it is suitable (i.e. no Penis' drawn on it, or an Android urinating on an Apple symbol for examples
) and some of the community (those, unlike me, who have the gift of artistic talent) can feel part of the making of the game.Just another of my random thoughts as I waited to get to a station in system
