How is Powerplay going to affect Mobius?

With the new Powerplay coming out, will the "No PVP" rule still be in effect? Meaning, if you run into another CMDR on an opposing faction/allegiance, they are not allowed to engage us right? Just making sure.

Very good question, if the CMDR is in my factions system but is allied to another faction I would ask him/her to leave, if he/she ignores the request then does the "combat zone" rule apply, it's always best to talk first.

No shooting each other unless in a CZ, that isn't going to change - that's my understanding.

And if I was in a CZ I'd still expect to ask / be asked before guns started blazing at each other

no pvp rule still applies, all you will see is that the player on the opposing faction will show that they are on a different faction, and that's it.
sure if your playing in the all group you would be free to attack them but not in our group.
im currently playing the beta for powerplay and at the moment it feels like an elaborate community goal. im still trying to get my head around powerplay but our no pvp rule still stands.
