Ship Upgrades
I'm currently in the market for 16T Cargo pods. If anyone has seen them or if there is a spreadsheet of where parts are manufactured I would appreciate it. Making trade runs between Apala and Mistae.

You should be able to find most of what you need at any High Tech system.
Based on your question, I should add how to do this:
Go to your Galaxy map, view tab, show by color: Economy. Untick everything by "high tech".
The Gal map will now only show high tech systems. Find one close by, plot a course, and there you go.
Then just go back into the Gal map and change "show by color" back to allegiance.
