Seeing as how you can edit muscle groups and bone structure(ish) in the face, I'm pretty sure you can. Have fun.

I know how you feel. I tried the Eve character creator, but in the end made a newer version of an old favorite. It is about as photorealistic as a cartoon can come to capturing my essence.
