I was there for that! He was just poking that afk Asp and then all of a sudden lazors came in outta no where. Those little floating boxes are actually turrets!
So what triggered it? I have tried firing in the no fire zone at an outpost and nothing.
From what I saw Sbdags was flying low over the landing pad popping chaff fireworks. Then he was hovering right over the little "control tower" right in front of the landing pad (so like almost nose to nose with the landed ship). Not sure if he was getting fines while doing all that. About 5 min later the one little box off to the back left of the landing pad opened fire on him. I would guess every station has some sort of security in place to clear "bugged" ai or stuff. It might have been just a matter of the game sensing a ship in the wrong place for too long.
