Successful first landing, and a nice haul of materials from my jaunt around whilst mapping the 360 controller for the SRV.

Picked up a surface mission to deliver some stuff, and went out for a drive. On the way back to my ship I noticed this view

Downloaded Horizons in 2 computers in less than 15 mins. I guess I was taking up all B/W from you guys.... Sorry!

Anyway missions in Fehu suck. Made my 1st surface landing... Took up a couple of missions and traveled 330ly

Now I am measuring my case for this baby http://www.msi.com/product/graphics-car ... o-overview

Conclusions:

1. 970 is not enough for terrain on high/ultra settings
2. I need a new case with the new card unless I want to keep my case half open.
3. I have the best wife in the world as she approved the expenses yay!

I'm having a real prob with mine and signals disappearing....

More so than in beta....

Yeah, the wave scanner seemed to work alright (I didn't have beta access, so don't have any other experience of it).

My haul from my first SRV trip was: Iron x12, Nickel x12, Tin x5, Carbon x7, Sulphur x8, Phosphorus x6, Selenium x2, Chromium x6, Vanadium x3 and Mercury x2. Plus I accidentally refueled the SRV with about 3/4 of a tank left so that was another 1x Sulphur and 1x Phosphorus.

Got an MSI 970 here.....Terrain is on Ultra as is most everything or high and it's fine....

And fecking selenium......Spent half my life looking for that.....For upgraded Multi reloads......Which they have nerfed by the way....
