After a disappointing rep grind I decided to take part in the combat CG. The first run went well because the other commanders were respecting each others space and I was able to earn over 2 mill in under an hour. The second attempt did not go as well because I had an anaconda and vulture crowding my python stealing or attempting to steal my kills.
I parked my ship left for an hour, got some food, came back, and they were still there. I had to resist the urge to join Emperors Dawn and end them.

weird shit happening in the CG CZ tonight. a cmdr entered but stayed orange so i gave him a mini-lecture on how to join a side, but apparently he already had (apologies cmdr TTMJ) - the next thing i knew the CZ was full of green orange and red.
it didn't end there, i went into solo hoping it would solve the issues - just sitting there on the edge letting my shield recharge, and suddenly all ships turned red without any action on my part. left and rejoined again. third time lucky?

after another 2 hours in the conflict zone, my 2nd cmdr 'clivus' is now Dangerous. time to leave the CG chaos and return home for a while, and do a few quiet uneventful trades in the new Python. i left a Vulture at Dakshmandi, so i'm not quite finished there yet though.
