 federal scum! how dare you not bask in the glory of the imperial fleet!? :D

Hmm, now that I think about it, I have all the imperial ships in my hangar. And soon the same will apply to the Federal ones, missing on the Gunship.

Now i found good setup for my FGS

Bems strip the shield and hull and when they overheat i fire multicanons until beams are ready again. And watch enemy ships explode... :D

And when i keep 4 pips to weapons and 2 pips on engines FGS is pretty agine too

How does the FGS compare to the FAS? I've flown the FAS extensively and found it to be very capable, but never tried the FGS.

Well it's they both have their good sides. FAS is way more agile and fast and after that FGS felt like a brick for a while. Now that i fly FGS with 2 pips on engines it's not that bad. FGS has really good hardpoint placements, killer firepower and really good armor for now my vote goes to FGS but i do love both ships. Seems like both have great heat management too, i have never tried 3 beams on FAS so im not sure how it would handle them, but FGS does it with ease.

Oh and biggest downside of FGS is poor jump range.

Going to fight in conflict zones near democracy and deliver bonds to Azrael. Maybe this will help boost influence there. (at least this is a great excuse to blow stuff up...) :D
