From the TS talk yesterday evening (CET) I understand that a lot of you are trading around Eranin and some other stations in a rare goods loop? I'm considering to head back from Azrael (Empire) if there are more people over there from our Mobius group and I also like to try out such loop trading.

failing to find any tea in Eravate for a supply mission despite the galaxy map telling me there was! LIES! (Note to self: avoid supply missions.) Are they always such a pain or have you guys had better luck with them?

I'm only doing transport and supply missions....I'm not trading as such...maybe a little on the side....

I got done by the galaxy map last night......Only one system in my area showed what I wanted.....I went to both stations in that system and nada, even though they show it's an export on the commodities screen they had none and they did not import it from anywhere so it must be home grown......

On coming out the system and looking at the map the trade route had disappeared....Cheers guys...Had to really hunt around before the mission expired.....

On another note though took two supply missions I knew I could get from the same place one jump away.....9T of cargo 80,000 profit....

I think you have to study the markets in your system and adjoining ones and know where you can get stuff, after a while you will automatically know what's where and if you do a lot of missions for one faction your rep goes up and the missions get better as you are trusted more....I think I'm currently "Allied" to 2 factions and "Friendly" with 3 or 4 others in and around my "Home" system.....

Kind of, Judson is working out what makes his money but his ship is far larger than most of ours, hell mine is 100t @ 18.8ly and I dont call that too big :S

Jumped from Azrael in Empire space back to Sol. Had my discovery scanner active. At Sol I got a few K's Cr for discoveries. Repairs (heat damage during fueling) 634 Cr.

Arrived in Lave last night.. honestly not sure to do now. Open for suggestions.

I went to Leesti, picked up both sets of rare goods (around 16t in total) and now I am on to where is next on my long list. I think I have 25 stations left to do out of 73 so I am getting there. I have travelled approximately 7,723 LY's around the area so far! (Since release)

As for what you can do; what have you tried? What do you like to do? The cobra lets you do pretty much what you like (within reason). If your on when Wolf is on later he is going to be around Azreal / slave rebellion area and doing a stream.

I've done trading (got up to a fairly OK equipped type-6 with 100+ tons of cargo space) and a bit of exploration. I have to say that exploring for the money does not feel like it's worth it - and it's sort of boring flying around scanning 35 unknowns in a system. I've also done some bounty hunting and USS-stuff.

Right now I think I might go back to trading and earn a bit of cash, I should probably get myself an ASP and equip it
Now to find a new good trade route..

Well I am not actively trading but going between the rares and trading along the way seems to be good.

I am just going rare station to rare station in a type 6 to get information and even i managed to make over a million without paying attention, buying all my fuel and spending 150k on doing up my ship.

It is possible it just is not fast my way.
