As far as I know, there will be no wipe this time. But the one before gamma is sure.

There was talk of maybe wiping stuff but giving us our credits back as they did previously. Mainly due to the large changes going into beta 2.

Unconfirmed though, it must be said.

I saw the question pop up on the official forums a week or so ago, and the answer given by Michael was "no wipe planned going in to Beta 2," not even the 'soft wipe' of liquidating your assets. I was expecting a soft-wipe, myself, if not for your ship and loadout then, at the very least, of your location. I guess we're about to find out.

Yes. They decided that yesterday. See the other thread here about it being considered. (I'm on my phone, so linking takes too long )
