So FD is not turning into a do only ED, they still have other things on the go:

"David Braben: Don't forget we talk to publishers all the time. We're doing Screamride. We've got other games coming with another publisher, which we haven't announced yet. Obviously we talk about it. They're not blind to it. But I can't say any details."

I think it is a good thing that they still have other business as well as this should keep them more stable.

I like the look of Screamride :)

It comes across to me as a game made by game players, just like Elite Dangerous is. Anyone who's played a them-parky management-type game knows that once you've got the hang of a given game, a whole new game emerges... i.e. the "improvements via improper gameplay" game

I'm talking crashing things you shouldn't be crashing, leaving customers to starve - basically making your theme park the antithesis of the 'best it can be'!

And Screamride seems to be geared to accommodate that kind of destructive thinking from the outset - excellent 8-)
