Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

That attacked me in Lugh.....

Didn't go quite the way you planned.....Did it....

I hope that was at a conflict zone. I had one this morning as well. In a conflict zone, so a completely legit move. I had seen him on the opposing side but left him alone until he fired on me. I stripped his shields and took his hull down to 60% ish to give a hint but let him run.

A few minutes later I was invited into an impromptu wing which was great fun. Took me a while to remember that everything is shared in a wing as I was being careful not to kill steal.

There was also another commander getting in trouble because they were not choosing a side - reminder to all to choose a faction in the conflict zones to declare allegiance and gain combat bonds for kills. This CMDR was taking a few pot-shots at some other CMDRs but I think it was a case of not knowing about how to declare for a side, rather than flouting the groups policy.

All in all, it getting more and more fun out there

I still don't fire on hollows unless fired upon.....

He also had no faction.....

Stripped his shields and let him run with 38% hull.......

His name is on my shit list though......



And he's a member of the forum....No posts yet......

I guess he didn't know with tbe faction choosing but i don't know lf course.
I did that in solo the first time in a conflict zone because i didn't know better but i don't see the advantage of doing a thing like that.
I didn't choose side one time yesterday but only for the panorama out of a little distance

Being quite ignorant of the crime mechanichs of this game I am not (yet) sure if the Cmdr 'X' attacked You
- when you both were playing in the MOBIUS private group.

If that is the case
- were you both on the same side of the conflict zone?? If you were, then I would understand Cmdr X broke any rules of decent conduct and especially, the rules of our way of conduct while playing in the MOBIUS.
If You
- both were on the same side of the conflict, then it would be clear that "he" broke ...any rule there ever will exist...(if You did not give him any legal reason to defend himself or something similar...).

If You and He were on the opposite sides of the conflict and
- He attacked You, and
- You responded but did not finish His vessel...,
I ask only this ... why in space did You not finish Your enemy??

While not having any experience in "combat zone fights" and like at all, I would do my very best to destroy any enemy vessel e v e r y chance given.

Dammit, now I'm all paranoid. I routed through the high intensity CZ last night for a while, in solo. Now I'm all "Am I sure I was in solo? I was pretty tired."

Yep I was in group.....

CMDR had no faction....So was not on any side....Just took a pop at me.....

Nope did not finish him.....I don't play that way.....Just let him know I could have done....

I think I finally got it now.
I hope You had time enough to take a screenshot as a proof as that Cmdr 'X' in Mobius attacking You, against the rules of "our" group.
If You did not, is there an entrance in the log files of every a gaming session in where we are leaving tracks of ourselves in that could assist You in the process of proving Your case as legitimate to MOBIUS?

I hope this matter will be solved according the "proper procedures of the rules of this game / the best manners of conduct in this game".

BUT...That and his name will stay with me.....

I'll put it down to a mistake/misunderstanding on his part......

"I" believe "I" in fact am an old chap in real life, being a 53 year old person, but please let me ask You his:

- if You have any piece of evidence of said 'Cmdr X' performing an 'against-to-MOBIUS rules-of-an-act' against Your-in-MOBIUS'- character...
why in the galaxy are You withholding that by Yourself?

I mean, the only way to unpartially solve the struggle between You, Cmdr Kharma and the said Cmdr 'X' is to present the hard evidence to MOBIUS (has He/She not yet appointed else to do this tedious task for Him/Her?).

You, Cmdr Kharma, say up there that "I have video of the whole encounter..."
I, Cmdr Ev Tankero, strongly urge You to show that incriminating(?) piece of evidence to the _Board Of Inquicition_ of the MOBIUS. If there is not an adressee by that name, please adress Your complaint and Your piece of evidence directly to 'MOBIUS', m'kay?
