Hey guys, so I only just registered and cannot send PM's yet, so I am just going to leave this here.

Was doing a spot of rare trading, and this chap interdicted me three times in a row, so it wasn't a mistake, and finally managed to destroy my ship and of course my cargo.

It happened about half an hour ago roughly? Maybe a little longer.

Hi,

I have proposal. If pilot wants to join Mobius group:

- He/She must join this forum first.
- Read and understand the rules (maybe we have people to translate those with several languages)
- Indroduce himself, what he is doing the past with Elite, etc.

And after that Mobius grants joining to group. I know this is hard process for one guy, but eventually there's always some rotten eggs on a basket. Whatever how we want to avoid that.

The only way for this kind of griefing is ban for a lifetime. Some may even change Commander name and do it again...

we gat around 30 join requests a day, and even if I was to vet players ensuring they read our rules it wont stop players griefing others if they want to,

I guessing that as this happened around Lave then it is probably another Code member.

Thanks for the timely response, I only joined the group myself a few days ago hadn't got around to registering on the forums, shame that it was a negative incident that spurred me to do so.

The irony in all this being my cargo was virtually worthless, and he had to chase me halfway across Lave before the hull finally gave up, so he got nothing for his trouble apart from being shown the door.

The CMDR involved was posting about this on the ED forums not so long ago, thread called "A lot of complaints about griefers, not that many about how difficult it is to block someone... "
I really don't understand the mindset of some people.

I played eve online for 8 years, I am not really shocked by what players do for jollies anymore. He lost more than I did in this encounter, about all he got was some epeen polish for killing a hauler, that escaped from him no less than three times, so hardly something he can brag about. =)

Yes, Almighty Bob bragged about it on the official forums in "A lot of complaints about griefers, not that many about how difficult it is to block someone..."
