Speedy Customer Service

So I raised a support ticket on the 30th December when the game crashed whilst buying some upgrade and I lost 520K credits (a lot for me back then).

Today I got a response and my credits refunded!

Better late than never, but at least it shows they do actually work through the tickets, even if it does take 4 months :P

I had similar experience

Raised a ticket within a couple of weeks of launch for something that'd had cost me credits incorrectly... heard nothing

Then about a month ago i had cause to raise another because some CG event or something didn't yield the credits expected
The new ticket got responded to within about an hour!! and the refund processed so i asked the agent to look at my old ticket while he was there ... he did and resolved that one too...

So no idea why old one slipped through the cracks ... but glad you got sorted

Had another message from support apologising for the time it took to resolve the original issue and they rounded the refund up to 1M to account for it - kudos to FD
