Can't wait to be able to walk around ships!!!

Mainly as playing with the Beta I got a dirt cheap Conda and I noticed that there is a seat right at the front of the ship behind a window. And then there are three more sets down the side. All you can see into

I wanna walk around so I can see from the inside looking out!!

Is there a hole in the bottom of every 'conda?

I see it every time I'm shooting one (I do get that close) but I haven't managed to work out if it's just a hole in the mesh or a gap left by a destroyed cargo hatch.
