TeamSpeak or In-Game voice ?

Although I rather like the built in voice feature, is the consensus for the group Teamspeak ?
If it is I'll set it up to make it easier to interact with other group members.

Honestly...both!
Ingame for immediate communication.
TS for clarity in planned events. (Or, Skype) TS has a great community too.
Personally, I just use ingame.

I use in game for wings. IMO, it works well and I've only experienced a little 'cutting out' like a weak cell phone call. It's easy to setup and you don't need a 2nd program running. But to be fair, I haven't used the Mobius server on TS so I don't know what the advantages may be.

I've only seen 8-10 people on the Mobius TS server. That should tell you something about its use within the group.

I've used TS for many years, and it's great for what it does. If you have a regular group of friends, TS would be better. If you want to chat with the occasional random pilot, in game voice comms is probably good enough.

@Dudley ... That's what I thought. The built in comms worked pretty well for me with a little tweaking ( any audio chipset with
built in noise cancellation can be tricky because you have to turn the NC off or boost the gain enough to compensate ) but
once you've found the sweet spot it does it's job well. I CAN see the potential benefits of teamspeak under some circumstances.
