Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I know, I'm a weirdy, but I was just wondering!

I've noticed a handful of commanders like myself who have started trickling in and mentioning a love of/desire to roleplay their commanders, backstories, etc...

Now, I know that, at least in my case, most of those stories and scenarios play out in my head and don't make it much further than that. Elite: Dangerous is not the easiest game to RP in at the moment, but I was wondering if, perhaps, we might be able to set up a section of the Lore and Fiction Forum, or even a new RP forum so that commanders can at least participate in some sort of Real(ish)-time forum RP, or to help plan and organize RP bounty hunts/events.

Just wondering what the community would think? And yes, I know I'm a nerd.

I just want it said I think Kharma is fabulous and would be quite sad if he went away on Vacation. He adds to the group a certain spice we all need.

That being said, I have been writing a Python Load of RP fiction on Inara. My Sig links to my Logs. I am seeing more and more stuff there as well. I am not sure if a dedicated RP section is warranted when we have the Fan Fiction area. RP would fit in there nicely I think. Besides, Most people see the words "Role Play" and immediately think LARPing and Bad ComicCom Flashbacks

I intentionally did not mention Furries.

Actually a neighborhood boy has been hanging around the furry element for a while.

Quite the sight seeing a 170cm bipedal pink dog trying to make it up the hill in a foot of snow
