Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I had to open a ticket.

Since the last update, I have been unable to text chat anyone or voice comms. If anyone sees me in game, can you please try to text chat me and if you get an error saying Cannot connect can you let me know?

Happens to me in Solo, Group and Open. I can and have gotten friend requests, and have not ran into another Cmdr in my instance to see if local works. So if I am in your instance, try to say hello and let me know if you get an error. If it works I will reply.

It seems to be working. Was able to Chat and Voice chat with Flip. Still have me ticket open and I am still testing.

I'm sure you've checked, but in comms settings, do you have text and voice chat enabled?

Yep. I was Chatting to FCB1891 and then the update came, then I couldn't even text anyone. Kept getting Cannot connect. It was working earlier, and I will try again later under different circumstances.

Stupid things.

Yeah, I too think its been a little glitchy past few days.
Also just another reason in my book to ditch in game coms for Teamspeak, that and having a Hotas the KB is a little far to accommodate frequent typing.
